Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-7 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Since we use Printful as our fulfillment partner, each item is made-to-order specifically for you. This print-on-demand process ensures quality but requires additional processing time before shipment.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary based on your location:
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after production
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days after production
International Shipping
- Standard International: 7-21 business days after production
- Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance in your country
Please note: Processing time (2-7 business days) is in addition to shipping time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's journey.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most countries worldwide through Printful. However, some remote locations may have restrictions or extended delivery times.
If we cannot ship to your location, you will be notified during checkout or shortly after placing your order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages: If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 7 days. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.

Address Changes
Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee address changes. Please contact us immediately if you need to update your shipping address. If production has already begun, we may not be able to modify the destination.
